A member of the UT Law class of 2013, Kyle holds a double Bachelor of Arts with Honor in Russian and the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his legal studies, Kyle is pursuing a graduate degree in Russian studies, and has worked in web development and educational technology. Kyle is also Associate Editor for Technology for the Texas Law Review.
Dawson is a member of the UT Law Class of 2013 and a graduate of the University of Tulsa (B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, 2005). Dawson is also the Articles Office Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review and a member of the Student Recruitment and Orientation Committee. In the summer of 2011, Dawson was an intern for the Honorable Jerry Goodman of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. Last summer, Dawson worked at the Tulsa offices of Hall Estill and Doerner Saunders.
Jon is a graduate of Rice University (B.A. in Philosophy, 2006) and a member of the UT Law Class of 2013. In addition to serving on the LRB Executive Committee, Jon is an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review and the Treasurer for Youth Court, a volunteer group that facilitates student-led disciplinary trials at Webb Middle School. Jon also works as a Teaching Quizmaster (teaching assistant in the first-year writing program) and as a research assistant to Professor Steven Goode. In the summer of 2011, Jon worked as an intern for the Honorable Cathy Cochran of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and the Honorable James R. Nowlin of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Last summer, Jon worked for the Austin offices of Baker Botts L.L.P. and Andrews Kurth LLP. Jon will be moving to Washington, D.C. next Fall to clerk for the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
